LiSA10 LIFT CONTROLLER

The LiSA10 assembly provides all the control functions. Depending on the number of required functions, there is either a maximum of 4 I/O boards (IO16) or a maximum of 3 I/O boards plus the bus driver. Each I/O board contains 16 I/Os, i.e. the central board serves to realise a maximum of 64 inputs/outputs. It is the central control computer for passenger lifts and hoists. Any mechanic installations like plugs, terminals, relays – up to the TÜV-certified safety circuit – as well as the entire electronics are comprised in this unit.

Main features:

  • one electronics board covers any application – from simple 2-level traction lifts to group lifts using frequency inverters with a speed of up to 3.5 m/sec. and up to 48 floors.
  • all functions are provided by standard software – activated by means of keypad and display or PC.
  • all components are pluggable.
  • no higher-level group computer.
  • special coding of electronic components possible for customer protection.
  • remote data transmission via additional modem.
  • lift monitoring via PC programme
  • standard travelling cable
  • any external components are connected via the LiSA bus.

LiSA20 LIFT CONTROLLER

LiSA20 is an innovative, future-oriented control system. Due to the two-part construction (processor board 95 x 290 x 20 mm, and relay board 95 x 290 x 40 mm), this system can be used even if space is very limited. The boards can be installed above each other, next to each other or, in small areas, even separately. This allows to decouple the electronic components from the mains supply side and thus helps to avoid EMC-technical problems. It complies with the requirements of EN 12015 (emission) and EN12016 (immunity).

A new concept has been integrated in LiSA20 in order to select different user levels for simple supported access to the controller. This is to make a distinction between operator, service mechanic and core team. Depending on the selected authorization using the coded USB stick, specific function can be selected in the controller.

Thanks to its interfaces like LiSA bus, CANopen, DCP, modem, COM server, USB and SD card, it is all geared for future tasks.

Using state-of-the-art components and the sophisticated structure allow for the operation at minimum consumption. Functions like light off, display off, inverter in standby operation, inverter and door drive off, provide for economic consumption values of the whole lift system.

The boards can be installed above each other, next to each other or, in small areas, even separately. This allows to decouple the electronic components from the mains supply side and thus helps to avoid EMC-technical problems. It complies with the requirements of EN 12015 (emission) and EN12016 (immunity).

SYSTEM SOLUTIONS FOR LIFTS WITH MACHINE ROOM – UPGRADE ACCORDING TO EN81-20

Controller in the top machine room (MoS) + in the bottom machine room (MuS):

MoS and MuS are the solution for an upgrade according to EN81-20:

– minimum installation time with

  • box system -> traveling cable only to the middle of the shaft
  • entire kit beeing pluggable
  • LiSA shaft light
  • car panels and landing panels as surface-mounted versions

– E20Box with bypass and reset functions

SYSTEM SOLUTIONS FOR LIFTS WITHOUT MACHINE ROOM

 

Control electronics in UBox (US) – the shaft controller + mobile control electronics in the car (KS) – the car controller

US and KS are the solution for new constructions according to EN81-20:

– minimum installation time with

  • box system -> traveling cable only to the middle of the shaft
  • entire kit beeing pluggable, including landing panels and car panels

– BBox with all components for emergency rescue and/or checks carried out by an authorized inspection agency, as well as for the bypass and reset functions

Control electronics in UBox (US) – the shaft controller

Mobile control electronics in the car (KS) – the car controller

Control electronics in ZBox (ZS) – the door frame controller

In case of the ZS, the so-called ZBox i used instead of the BBox.

The difference from the US is that the control electronics is shifted from the UBox to the ZBox.

Tis allows for an ever perfect access to the controller.
