Cookies serve to store information arising in connection with the terminal device specifically used. This does not mean, however, that we directly gain knowledge of your identity in this way. Using cookies is useful in order to make the use of our websites more comfortable for you. In this context we use so-called session cookies to recognise that you have already visited certain pages of our website.

They are automatically deleted after leaving our website. As well for the optimisation of user friendliness we furthermore use temporary cookies which are stored on your terminal device for a certain period of time. If you visit our website again to make use of our services, it is automatically detected that you have already visited it before and which entries and settings you have made in order not to have to enter them again. 6.5 For reasons of safety and for the protection of the transmission of confidential contents, e.g. queries sent by you to us as the website operator, this website uses an SSL encryption. You have the right to have the data that we processed automatically on the basis of your consent or in compliance with a contract transmitted to yourself or to a third party in a commonly used, machine-readable format. If you want a direct transmission of the data to another controller, this will only be effected where technically feasible.

  1. Safety measures

In accordance with Art. 32 GDPR we have adopted the required technical and organisational safety measures in order to protect your personal data against loss and misuse and to make them inaccessible to the public. IF you contact us via e-mail, we make you aware that we cannot by 100% guarantee the confidentiality of the information transmitted. If, in the context of our processing, we disclose any data towards other persons and companies (data processors or third parties), transmit or make the data accessible to them in any way, this only happens on the basis of a legal permission, your consent, a legal requirement or our legitimate interests (e.g. use of IT enterprises, web hosts, etc.). The data are processed on the basis of a so-called “data processing contract” and on the basis of Art. 28 GDPR.

  1. YouTube

For the purpose of an attractive presentation, we have integrated videos from YouTube. The operating company of YouTube is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube, LLC is an affiliate of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

Here we use the extended data protection mode in order that information about you is only shared with YouTube if you activate the video by clicking the play button of the video.

If you activate a video, YouTube uses cookies to collect information for analysis purposes and to improve the usability. According to YouTube, the data are processed in pseudonymised form. If, however, you are logged in to your Google or YouTube account, the data might directly be linked with your YouTube account and assigned to a person. You can prevent this by logging out from your YouTube account.

Further information on data protection, also on the storage period of your data at YouTube, can be found in Google’s privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de&gl=de .

The privacy policy published by YouTube retrievable at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/ provides information about the collection, processing and use of personal data by YouTube and Google.

The legal basis for the integration of the service provided by YouTube into our website and the associated processing of your data is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

  1. reCAPTCHA

For the protection of your queries via internet form, we use the service “reCAPTCHA” by Google Inc. (Google). The query serves to distinguish whether the entry is made by a person or abusively by automated machine processing. The query includes the transmission of the IP address and, if applicable, further data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. For this purpose, your entry is transmitted to Google and processed further there. However, your IP address will be shortened by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address will be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information in order to evaluate your use of this service. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of reCaptcha will not be combined with other data by Google. For these data, Google’s deviating data protection regulations apply. Further information on Google’s privacy regulations can be found at: https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/

  1. Objection to junk mails/spam e-mails

We object to the use of the contact data published in the imprint for sending unsolicited advertisements and other things. We explicitly reserve legal action in the event of unsolicited transmission of information, e.g. by spam e-mails.

  1. Links to other websites

Our websites may contain links to websites of different providers. We would like to point out that this Data Privacy Statement exclusively applies to our company. We do not have any influence on and do not control whether different providers comply with valid data protection regulations.

  1. Changes to this Data Privacy Statement

Changes to this Data Privacy Statement are required, on the one hand, due to legal provisions or official regulations and, on the other hand, in order to improve the comprehension during reading. Once at the beginning of the year we will check this Data Privacy Statement for topicality, plausibility and correctness. We reserve changes for reasons of safety and data protection legislation. This Data Privacy Statement is currently valid, complies with the requirements of the EU-GDPR in conjunction with the new Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG-neu) and is effective 01 July 2019.
